Teen Arrested For Streaking Through School Wearing Only Gorilla Mask
Some may have called it monkeying around, but school officials didn’t find the stunt amusing.
Union Springs High School student has been arrested and charged with exposure, a violation punishable by up to 15 days in jail and a $250 fine. He also faces up to five days’ suspension and possibly more severe punishment if the case goes to a hearing before the superintendent after running through his school naked with nothing else on other than Gorilla Mask.
The student said he had been dared by friends to streak through the school.
The report from wftv also includes the following words: “Some may have called it monkeying around”…which is true, but being arrested for a little bit of harmless streaking?
