Abercrombie & Fitch Pulls T-Shirts
Some people have no sense of humor, what so ever….
Abercrombie & Fitch Co. has announced it will stop selling several T-shirts that a group of teenage girls found offensive.
The Women & Girls Foundation of Southwest Pennsylvania objected to shirts for women emblazoned with sayings such as “Who needs brains when you have these?” and “I had a nightmare I was a brunette.”
“We recognize that the shirts in question, while meant to be humorous, might be troubling to some,” the company said in a statement.
Simple solution people: if you don’t like the shirts, don’t buy them!

Oh come on. As a rather chesty blonde, I would wear one of those!! People need to lighten up a little bit.

I believe that I have a great sense of humor and virtually nothing offends me, however A & F’s shirts cross the line on good taste. As the mother of an infant daughter, I hope that as she grows older this type of low brow sexist and racist humor is a thing of the past. If you let jokes like these exisist and be tolerated that is condoning the racist and sexist ideology that dominates the media. As a chesty blonde, I am offended.

Oh, come on. I bet all the women opposed to that are fat, ugly, nerdy, bitches who are jealous because they can’t wear them.

Being a girl with rather large boobs, I STILL find it offensive.
I’m not a “fat, ugly, nerdy, bitch”; I weigh in at 120 lbs at 5′3. I’m skinny, pretty, smart and I’m fucking fierce.
Just because I don’t think it’s right to do-humanize women by putting us in the light that we’re all stupid doesn’t mean I’m a bitch.:)

P.S. I guess if you’re a slut, you don’t mind being brainless.

I’m probably biased (or not biased enough) since I’m a guy but I find this no more offensive than the “Big Johnson” shirts, or “I’m With Stupid.”

A little self-deprecating humor never hurt anyone.

Too true, Becky. We need T-shirts that say, “I’m Simply Dumb.”
