A story on UPI reports about a man in New York City who was charged with licking and kissing the feet of women on the subway.
A New York City man has been charged with assaulting women in the subway system by kneeling before them and kissing and licking their feet.
Police say eight of nine women picked Joseph Weir out of lineups, the Daily News reported.
Weir was arrested Thursday night after he allegedly struck again in lower Manhattan, attacking a woman on a Queens-bound train. Investigators say they have had 14 previous complaints.
Assistant Manhattan District Attorney Rachana Pathak said Weir would go to women who were alone at night, asking: “Can I date you? Can I be your slave?” He would then allegedly kneel down, sometimes taking off a woman’s shoes, and lick her feet…
I hate to be harsh on the people who had their feet licked, but really, is it that hard to kick the guy in the face or run away? The store doesn’t exactly say he tied them down while he, er, licked, so it sounds like the people never really tried to do much to stop him…

As this creep’s victims, I can tell you what it left out this article. He grabbed our ankles so that we couldn’t move. Most women fought him back. The ladies who were paralyzed with fear got the worst violation.
Instead of blaming his victims, blame the other passengers on the subway cars that allowed this guy to violate women. These incidents happened in front of people!
