Man Invokes God Then Gets Mauled By Lions
I feel really bad for the parents of children who watched this incident at the Kiev Zoo Sunday June 5th. Especially religious kids. Can you imagine trying to explain to your kid why God didn’t protect the man? Talk about Dumb!
A man shouting that God would keep him safe was mauled to death by a lioness in Kiev zoo after he crept into the animal’s enclosure, a zoo official said on Monday.
"The man shouted ‘God will save me, if he exists’, lowered himself by a rope into the enclosure, took his shoes off and went up to the lions," the official said.
"A lioness went straight for him, knocked him down and severed his carotid artery."
The incident, Sunday evening when the zoo was packed with visitors, was the first of its kind at the attraction. Lions and tigers are kept in an "animal island" protected by thick concrete blocks. Via Yahoo News

I would have no problem explaining it to my kids, as they are both intelligent Christians who understand God. They know that the bible says that “you shall not temp the Lord, thy God.” Also, God doesn’t call us to be stupid. If God told that person to go into the lions den, I am sure he would have protected him. So many people try to use God as their lucky rabbits foot, they need to read their bible to fully understand who He is and what he is asking of us. Oh and did I mention that my kids are 4 and 6. God bless you all and if you want to really know who God is and what he is asking you to do, read His book.

Have you ever heard about any grownup person who have started to believe in unicorns and fairies? How many in that case? That is simply because any sensible grownup person knows they are made-up creatures. There is a simple reason why billions of people have started to believe in God when they grow up and get life experience, because He exists. No grownup experiences the presence of unicorns in their lives, but billions of people experience Gods presence throughout their lives.
The reason is that God exists and unicorns don’t.
