Celebs Richie and Lohan Avoid Jail Time
While Lindsay Lohan will only be serving a single day in prison for her drunk driving and cocaine possession charges, Nicole Richie spent a mere 82 minutes in jail for her DUI charge.
Anyone else think that celebrities are getting off unfairly easy for crimes which clearly endanger the greater public? I say let these party girls rot for at least a week, if only to sober ‘em up a bit.

I actually heard that most criminals at that jail who are to serve 30 days or less get the same treatment – 88 minutes! Just dumb.
Why should these celebs get away with a slap on the wrist. It’s pretty pathedic how money talks with the justice system! Lohan and Richie are celebs who both need rehab and jail time.. Any other person who would go out and drive under the influence of drugs, and reckless driving, you would see there ass in jail and you should. I’m sorry but our justice system is one sided, and if this would have been turned around to where Lohan and or Richie was hit by someone under the influence of drugs and surrivived you know for a fact that there famlily would want the people who had commited this crime thrown in jail!!! Not just Lohan and Richie but all the celebs should just grow up, your all suposed to be role models, I wouldn’t want my daughter being a cracked out druggie…. If it wasn’t for money these celebs would be just like us.. But once again they let the money and fame go to there head…
