My wife pointed this hilarious videos out to me.  One is a music video entitled "I Can Be Your Facebook Stalker" and the second is a parody of the Match.com commericials.

Now that is one expensive egg!  Made by the egg decorating master himself, Karl Fabrege, this rather stunning work was once the property of the wealthy Rothschild banking family who have had it since 1905. 
I remember making "fabrege" eggs in elementary school around Easter time, but they looked nothing like this!  My eggs never had gold and diamonds with a clock implanted inside.  Usually they were just puke-color dyed unfortunate messes with speckles of blue and red which broke the second I brought them home.  I guess developing a skill like that takes time… and artistic talent.

This story just goes to show that no matter the nationality, religion, or region of the world, the ideologies and people behind them which encourage suicide bombings are pathetic and morally degenerate.

It was only a matter of time before this was found.  Now in addition to worrying about your kids and their toys, you’ve got to worry about Fido too.  My suggestion: stick to giving gifts this holiday that are domestically produced until something is demonstrated to have changed substantially in the manufacturing processes in Chinese factories.

Here is a particularly odd story from Reuters about intrigue, sabotage, and poor sportsmanship at the annual Miss Puerto Rico contest in San Juan.  Apparently the top contender’s outfit and makeup had been rubbed down with pepperspray at some point during the rounds causing the poor woman to break out in hives and forcing her to douse herself in ice at each break.

In the never ending catalogue of things for which we must be hypersensitive and never do, add to that list the naming of stuffed animals after prominent Muslim religious figures.  Unfortunately for Gillian Gibbons, a 54-year-old teacher living and working in Khartoum, Sudan, this lesson came too little too late.

Check out this story picked up by Evening Talk.  While Stephen Colbert has graciously admitted defeat in his short-lived effort to secure a place in the South Carolina Democratic presidential primary, his fans are not letting up!

I guess this means one’s extracurricular activities really are school related.  I guess someone should have told Anna Ciriani this before she became a porn star… or a teacher. 
This Italian teacher was suspended from her position as a literature teacher when it was discovered by students that she makes a secondary (or primary) living as a hard-core online porn star.  Hot for teacher?
