The Pats Win the Super Bowl…in Nicaragua

Before every major sporting event in the United States, apparel companies are careful to mass produce t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hats proclaiming the champions of the game before the outcome is ever decided.
This way, when fans come tearing out of the stadium or off their couches, the realtors will immediately have crap to sell them. The real question is, what happens to the rejects?
Fortunately, these items are often not destroyed but instead find their way into the hands of aid workers in the developing world. Reuters is reporting that World Vision, a Christian aid group, has been distributing such items proclaiming the New England Patriots the victors of this year’s Super Bowl to poor children in Nicaragua.
My question to Pats fans, would any of you travel to Central America just to buy one of these shirts off the backs of a kid or is that taking fandom a step too far?
