Brawling Bride Goes to Jail in her Wedding Gown

File this under things not to do on your wedding day – get in a brawl and get sent to jail. A Pittsburgh couple got into a fight at the Holiday Inn. It started in a hallway when the groom karate kicked his bride and knocked her to the floor. When two guests from another wedding came to help her, the bride turned on them and attacked.
It gets better – the fight then went into the elevator, and down to the lobby. The fighting couple threw metal planters at the guests who just tried to help. Anyone else picturing a Tasmanian Devil-like storm cloud moving from a hallway to an elevator to a hotel lobby?
Even the police said it was pretty wild. They found the groom lying in the lobby floor and the bride screaming. She appeared to be a bit sauced. The couple was charged with assault, criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct. Oh, and the bride got an extra charge of public intoxication. They went to jail in their wedding duds.
Kiddies, don’t try this at home. I wonder how long this marriage will last. Any bets?
