Inside Info from the Wesley Snipes Trial

You’ve no doubt heard by now about “Blade” star Wesley Snipes’ conviction on tax charges, but Simply Dumb had sources inside the trial and has learned more about its inner workings.

It seems Snipes used the infamous “Am I My Brother’s Keeper?” defense and told the jury that man, Kareem Akbar, was the real tax cheat. It didn’t work nearly as well as it did in the movie, because Christopher Williams wasn’t in the courtroom this time.

The cash-strapped Snipes has figured out a way to raise more money for his legal appeals though. He’s in negotiations to fight Ving Rhames in a no-holds barred brawl inside the federal prison in a rematch from the classic “No Way in Hell Could This Scenario Happen” film Undisputed.

On a side note, did you know there was an Undisputed 2? Hollywood, I expect my apology for that debacle in my e-mail within the week. If Ving Rhames, who once accepted the role of a cross-dresser with a kind heart that adopts a little girl, thinks your sequel is a bad idea… just stop.
