Would Little Debbie Be an Accomplice?
An Ohio judge could send a man to prison for sharing a Little Debbie snack cake with an inmate not allowed to have snacks.
Timothy Caudill, 21, was in a residential community corrections program because he broke into a bar. While at the facility he bought an oatmeal creme pie from a vending machine and shared it with the inmate on restriction. Prosecutors are now asking Common Pleas Judge Jeffrey Simmons to revoke Caudill’s probation and send him to prison for nine months.
Ah, what a trial this could be. Little Debbie will of course have to testify, with the Cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs bird there to offer testimony on her mental state. Character witnesses will include Hawaiian Punchy and the Frito Bandito.
