Crystal Skull Pulls Disappearing Act
A crystal skull on display at a New Age store in Claremont, California is missing. The skull is similar to the crystal skulls in the much-hyped upcoming Indiana Jones saga.
Most of the store’s customers are pretty laid back and the owner has no idea why anyone would take “Solar Ray,” as his owner Don Marr calls it. The skull had been in the shop for four months and just went missing about 2 weeks ago.
The skull sat on an altar and was considered to be one of the store’s main attractions and most valued object. He was part of the store’s crystal-reading classes. But according to the employee who oversaw the classes, the skull likes to travel.
So did the skull go for a walk or something? I guess he got tired of sitting at the altar and decided a change in scenery was in order. Or maybe someone really thought he was part of the Mayan legend of the 13 skulls (portrayed in the Jones movie).
