Burger King Robbed by Man in Drag
A New Orleans Burger King was visited by a guy in drag - with a gun. Security cameras caught the man on tape, crawling into the drive-thru window.
He pulled up, crawled through the window, brandishing a gun. Video shows him pointing the gun at employees and grabbing money. He then exited through the same window and took off.
WDSU-New Orleans’ crime and safety specialist Howard Robertson said that he could tell by the truck’s rims that it wasn’t a Ford or GM. He also said the man was probably a genuine cross dresser, and not just someone trying to hide his identity. He had on a necklace with the dress, his nails were painted, and the wig was high quality.
We were skeptical when we saw headlines that mentioned a drag queen, because it just sounds sensationalistic. Also, just because the dude cross-dresses, doesn’t mean he’s a drag queen. Still, it’s pretty funny. Can you imagine working fast food and have someone shove themselves through the window?
The suspect didn’t cover his face, so it’s possible someone will recognize him on the news. Everybody knows you should cover your face. (That’s sarcasm, people.)
What we’d like to know though, is if this guy is purportedly 6′ 1″ and 180 pounds, how did he fit through the window?
