Biker Crashes After Flipping Cops The Bird
Paramedics often refer to motorcyclists as organ donors. People that flip off the police are referred to as really stupid. People doing both? They’re Simply Dumb.
A Long Island man is recovering from injuries he sustained after giving a police cruiser the finger, popping a wheelie and crashing during the resulting chase. The Associated Press reports that Frank Patti, 26, of West Islip drove by a service station in Copiague at 7:30 p.m. yesterday and gave two police officers the obscene gesture. He popped a wheelie and then sped away and shock of all shocks, the police gave chase.
Patti ran into another car that had joined the chase. He now stands charged with fleeing police, resisting arrest and numerous traffic violations. Tell me there’s a charge for being a missing link in the evolutionary chain in there somewhere too.

Since you can turn on YouTube and see infinite footage of the police tasering stupid or drunk people, the frequency of people taunting police still amazes me.
Image is not of the modern bird flipping biker, this black and white vintage photo is of dad from 1940 and has nothing to do with the recent news article. Dad used to joke saying he wrecked into the A&P store while looking at a pretty girl.
Yeah, we have to scrounge for photos sometimes so we were going for a wreck photo. Sounds like your dad had a much better reason for wrecking than our story subject.
