China wants $1billion from Sharon Stone

Sharonstone NcRemember how Sharon Stone insulted Chinese earthquake victims? Well, now more than 1,000 victims and a New York lawyer want $1 billion from the actress. Or possibly an apology. Stone was actually served with papers by an attorney who plans to sue her for her words against the Chinese people.

Stone took the country to task for its occupation of Tibet, suggesting that maybe the earthquake was karma. Tell that to the thousands of families who lost children and other loved ones in the quake. It’s doubtful they would feel like hearing about how karma’s getting all up in their face for something they have no control over.

Um, yeah. Way to go, Sharon! Her statement has reportedly caused extreme emotional distress for some Chinese victims. Stone did apologize for misspeaking, but was still unwelcome at the Shanghai International Film Festival. And Dior dropped her from their ads in China after the comments.

Stuff like that’ll teach you to think before you speak. Maybe. Probably.

Hey Sharon go tell the Left Wing Liberal Lawyer to pound it where the Sun Doesn’t Shine. All the Chinese have done is to try to kill us with lead paint and tainted medication. Let them all rot.
