Stripper arrested for pole dancing – on a subway
A stripper in Santiago, Chile was arrested for pole dancing on the subways. She was doing it to protest the prudishness of Chilean society. The authorities didn’t agree and they arrested her during a “show.”
She says she’s protesting a lack of tolerance. I don’t know, in the video (below, probably NSFW) the subway riders seem pretty tolerant to us.
She got away with her shenanigans all week, timing her dances between stations so she wouldn’t get caught. The media nicknamed her the Subway Goddess, or “La Diosa del Metro.” That didn’t stop police and guards from surrounding her before they whisked her away in a big armored vehicle.
