Four eared cat is internet famous
All of the news services have been buzzing about Yoda, the cat with four ears. Apparently the feline became an almost instant celebrity after the owners’ son posted his picture.
And suddenly Ted and Valerie Rock’s phone was ringing off the hook with interview requests and media inquiries. It’s the backstory that makes this even more interesting.
The Rocks found Yoda when they were watching “Da Bears” at a bar. An eight-week-old kitten was being passed around to patrons, who were making jokes about the “devil cat” because the feline’s second set of ears look a little bit like horns.
The family felt sorry for the kitten, who was being kept in a cage on top of the bar just for customer amusement. Now the cat has a family and a home and that elusive internet fame. Do you think he’ll become a diva and only ask for Fancy Feast from now on?
