Great, the L.A. Police may soon have yet another reason to stop Paris Hilton. California Assemblyman Bill Maze told the Associated Press he wants a ban on motorists driving with pets in their laps.
The bill overwhelmingly passed the Assembly Monday and now heads to the senate for approval. Maze said he conceived the idea after seeing a woman driving with three dogs on her lap.
