Indonesian Gov’t Says Padlock Your Pants

Hoping to curb prostitution that often uses massage parlors as a front, government in Indonesia’s East Java province is requiring masseuses to wear padlocks on their pants.
Indonesian officials are concerned prostitution will ruin the country’s tourism industry. Hey, that’s not the case at all. It’s just a different kind of tourist. No truth to the rumors that the United States is considering padlock legislation for Congressmen.
