Goat Tries to Take Bus Trip
Gas is so high even goats are seeking alternate methods of transportation. Fox 12 Oregon reports a pet pygmy goat named Poppy boarded a commuter bus in southeast Portland Monday. The bus dispatcher called 911 to report the unusual passenger.
A police officer took the goat to a local animal shelter after attaching a note saying it “didn’t have the correct fare.” Proving that the Internet can solve all problems, police found an ad on Craigslist about the missing goat. They were able to reunite Poppy with her grateful owner Wendy Dean.
